Everyone would agree that African prints got a major style update this year. I’ve always been about using my African fabrics to sew trending styles. My tailors probably thought I was weird, they still do. Shout out to the fashion designers getting creative and blessing us with such unique styles! Now almost everyone has an ankara off shoulder top, a danshiki , a daviva jumpsuit, the list is endless.
Our prints and style have gone global and most people are lurvin it. I made this colorful fabric into a halter neck skater dress and I can totally rock it with anything, I’ll probably pair it with my white sneakers very soon (like next week very soon :D) Go get creative with those 6yards sitting in your wardrobe or box
